36th Open Smallbore Rifle Meeting
Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August 2019
Comber Rifle Club would like to thank everyone who supported the competition over the two days, and all those who helped set up and run the ranges.
The match saw good entries across Prone Rifle, Benchrest and Lightweight Sporting Rifle, with some good scores recorded in all competitions, including an excellent 250 ex 250 in the bench rest competition from Jonathan Cooke of Downshire RC.
A special thank you to John Spooner and Charlie Cooper for scoring on both days and also to Ivor Fletcher, Des Aitcheson, John Spooner and Gary Duff for their kind donations.
Congratulations to Rory Hamilton, of Comber RC on winning the Prone Rifle championship and Jonathan Cooke of Downshire RC on winning the Benchrest championship.
